3. Once PAYDAY 3 is finished with downloading, right click on the .zip (or .rar / .iso) file and click ‘Extract to PAYDAY 3’. To extract files use 7-Zip, which you can get from Softwares.

To play Payday 3, first create a Nebula account – https://nebula.starbreeze.com – and click on “link existing xbox/microsoft account” (If you do not have a microsoft account, you can create a new one. You must link Nebula with an xbox/microsoft account otherwise it won’t work)

Next, launch ‘XboxLiveAuth’ to play. You will be asked to install .NET framework, select Yes. If you don’t have it, you can check the _Redist folder.

Now it will ask you to sign into your microsoft account, once you do so, the game will launch. At the time being, multiplayer is fully functional. (In case it gets patched check for updates on this specific page)
